Refund and return policy

Aviation Motivation, LLC accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@aviationmotivation.store with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it.

Items not eligible for return

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Items marked final sale, if clearly identified as final sale before purchase

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
